NaNoManga plans

I guess I should write today's entry, huh? Won't be about this for long, though, I want to sleep well tonight :P

I couldn't finish everything on that web project yet, partially because of the nasty trojan thing. Made me lose two hours... But today I concecntrated on the NaNoManga. I haven't even decided a name for it yet! But I've written the script for the first chapter, which should cover the "50 images for 50 000 words". Every now and then I keep fantasizing about doing 50 pages instead of just 50 images, but I know that's impossible... But I'll try to do as many pages as I can.

Next I should draw the page planning. I have some of the images already in my head, but I don't feel like doing page plans at all... The story is still a bit too hazy. I really should start on a "first version" at least, so I wouldn't have to start from scratch when I do feel like it, but nah, couldn't do it today. I had to do something, though, so I drew a few character sketches of the main character, Klio. Ah, now I mentioned her by name so I should tell the story behind her name... Well, it had to be something that'd sound a bit masculine for a girl but be logical anyway, so it's one of the muses in Greek mythology. The story takes place in a semi-Japanese semi-European place, so the names are Japanese (because European names are boring and because I couldn't make up names that were good enough) and some of the culture, too, but then again some of the culture is European. The culture's not that important, though, it's more character-centered.

Anyway, I drew the summer and winter school uniforms for girls, posing by Klio. School uniforms are so cool ^_^ The particular uniform for this school (haven't decided on the school's name yet, either) is a little complicated, but so it should be and I like it. Well, wasn't that an excellent example of an un-planned sentence O_o I start from one thing, then realize there's nothing to say about it and just end it into something else... But I kinda like to write my diary like this, just typing words as they come up in my head ^_^ So, the girls' uniforms are done, and extrapolating the boys' from there isn't a big deal. But I haven't nailed the boys' desings yet... (Oh yeah, there are two boys in this story. It's a bit of a rip-off from Fruits Basket, but not really at all ^_^)

Then I got distracted by the "diet calculator" again. I think I mentioned it yesterday (too lazy to check now), but didn't explain it. Well, it's an Excel document that counts how much you should eat and what should be in it, and you can put the things you've eaten during the day into it and it'll count the energy values etc. I'm not that much into counting what I eat, but then again I love all sorts of forms and tables ^_^ Well, I got it figured out a little better than yesterday, so I added a few food items and planned the menu for tomorrow. I tried just putting in the food when I eat it, but I really can't keep to the suggested values if I don't plan in advance... But tomorrow's menu looks very nice, so it should work out.

Ah, now Ravie sent me an SMS about some question he wanted to ask, so I better check what he has in mind... Well, more text again tomorrow. (Or the day after that, or something.)
